Preparing Your Order
If you send your order by mail or fax, please use our printable order form If you send it by email, please follow the same format, including the Title, Catalog Number, and Price of each item of sheet music as listed in the Catalog pages.
Postage and Handling
Please total the prices of the items which you are ordering in order to determine the postage and handling fee from the following table:
Please include either a check or credit card information with your order.
Checks must be of the encoded type in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank or a U.S. branch of a foreign bank. Make checks payable to THE GUILD OF CARILLONNEURS IN NORTH AMERICA, for the full amount of the order including postage/handling fee.
For credit card orders, be sure to include the type of card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), the name of the account holder exactly as it appears on the card, and the expiration date of the card. If you decide to email a credit card order, you may wish to take some precautions with your card number, such as splitting the number up over more than one message.
Orders are shipped after payment is received.
